- What channels does Kyra answer?
- Calls, SMS, and web chat. One number for voice and SMS on Pro and Scale. A snippet you paste on any website for web chat on every plan. Instagram and Facebook Messenger are coming.
- How fast does she actually answer?
- Calls — second ring. Texts — under five seconds. Web chat — instant. The customer doesn't sit waiting.
- Does she sound like a robot?
- No. She uses the greeting and tone you give her, in your business's name. Most callers don't realize they're talking to AI on the first interaction. (And we don't try to fool anyone — if asked directly, she's honest.)
- How long is the free trial?
- Seven days. Full plan, no feature gates. Cancel before day 7 and the card is never charged.
- Why do you ask for a card up front?

- Can I switch plans later?

- How do I cancel?

- What about voice overage?
- $0.29/minute after your included pool. You'll see it on the next invoice. Set a hard cap in settings if you'd rather she stop answering after X minutes.
- Why no public price on Scale?
- Because Scale cost depends on locations, setter count, and inbound volume. Sizing it on a 20-minute call beats letting you pay for capacity you won't use — or running out mid-month.
- How does she pay for herself?
- Most operators break even on the first one or two missed callouts she catches. After-hours calls, Sunday inquiries, lunch-rush voicemails — those are typical wins. The math is sharpest where every job is recoverable revenue (home services, dental, legal, sales).
- Does she train on my data?
