We built Kyra after watching plumbers, dentists, and salon owners spend the day buried in voicemails, then miss the one call that would have been the next job.
Section 02 · Who we are
Steve and Angel.
Kyra is built by Steve and Angel. Steve runs product and code. Angel runs go-to-market and the first conversations with customers. We have spent years shipping software for service businesses, and we kept seeing the same thing: abandoned web chats, voicemails that never got a callback, and Saturday calls that went to whoever answered.
The owners we knew did not need another CRM. They needed the phone and the chat answered while they were on the job. That is what we built Kyra to do.

Three principles.

The job is the result.
We measure a change by whether it helped you book work you would have missed. If it does not do that, it does not belong in the product.

You should be able to leave it running.
You set the greeting, the tone, and the rules for when Kyra should text you. After that, Kyra answers from those rules and stays quiet when the conversation does not need you.

Your data stays yours.
We do not train on your conversations. We do not sell your customer list. Other accounts do not receive it. If you delete it, it is gone.
