Answers.

After you sign up, connect a channel. Web chat is a snippet you paste on your site, and it is included on every plan. A business number for calls and texts is included on Pro and Scale. The web chat snippet looks like this:

Kyra combines the knowledge you give it (pages, documents, FAQs) with a large language model. For a message, Kyra uses the most relevant notes and answers from them. If Kyra cannot answer confidently, or a customer asks for a person, Kyra hands the conversation to you.

On Pro and Scale, Kyra can answer calls in your business's name. Pick a number (or port your existing one) from Settings → Phone. Calls become transcripts in your inbox just like chat messages.

Customize the widget's color, title, greeting, and position on Settings → Widget. Changes take effect the next time the page loads. Once the snippet is installed, you do not edit code to change the color or the greeting.

Paste URLs, upload documents, or write FAQs on Settings → Knowledge. Kyra processes new sources in the background. They show up as "Ready" when Kyra can use them.

View your plan, update your card, or cancel on Billing. Everything runs through Stripe's secure customer portal.

If a customer asks for a person, or Kyra is not sure of the answer, Kyra hands the conversation to you. You get an email with the transcript and a link to reply from your inbox. Kyra tells them a human will follow up.

Your conversations, knowledge, and customer contacts stay with your account. Other accounts do not receive them. We do not train on them. You can delete any conversation or document at any time.
